Although each Emirate enjoys virtual Autonomy, The Grand Emir and The Federal Government can Overrule any Statement, Law or other National Item.

It is furthermore a fact that the Grand Emir is the Nations Natural Leader by Birthright.

National Emirate Governments are responsible for collecting the Federal Taxations, witch is presently set at a flat rate of 37 % of their respective National Income.

Question Time :

Once a month the 8 Emirs will answer questions from various National Governments officials.

This is not an official meeting, but attendance is usually very high.
