The Emirate of Oct :

The Emirate of Oct is a founder member of the United Emirates, and consists of a group of 16 Islands on the Northwest of the Grand emirate of Fix. When tracing the Isanian people at the start of the federation it was not known how far they had moved. All the Islands off the coast of Reichstadt and Neepon (then Kanjiri major), had Isanian people. In a deal with Reichstadt some of them were returned to them.

The Capital of the Emirate is Oct City, situated on the Island of Octa.

Head of State of the Emirate of Oct is Al Oct, he is also Federal Minister of General Affairs, and acting Head of State (when Al Fix is absent).
