- Employs around 150.000 People directly.
- The Estate's Grounds : Although the ground on which the Estate is situated
has always been the property of the Fix family, it is still the size of a small country
(18.750 Sq. Km) (At a nominal value of today of say only U 50 per Sq. Meter, this would
mean U 937.500.000.000).
- The Buildings : Construction on this (or rather these) magnificent
Structures started around 40 years ago, and construction activities are still seen every
day. Original figures 40 years ago were said to have been quoted at around
50.000.000.000.000, however latest estimates seem to suggest that to date about 4 times
that amount has been spend (U 200.000.000.000.000). Quoting the original Architect
"watching from afar, or even from out of space you will only see a gigantic pile of
stone - a true Pyramid - with equal sides of 100 Km, But from within you wildest dreams
could not have imagine the beauty and splendor and the size", The present day team
of architects have difficulties understanding the complexity of it all.
