Tourism is becoming big Industry in Fixatia. But Fixatia also has a lot to offer its tourists. A varied Country, Luxurious, rich in cultures, affordable, fast and reliable public transport, You name it. Let's look at some of the attractions. Tropical Coastal or Island Resorts : Except for the Emirate of Al'zjamesh all other Emirates have them, these beautiful tropical holiday retreats on the Coast. Varied in cost from a few Florins a night to the extreme luxury of thousands of Florins per night. They cater for everybody's needs.

Tour an Emirate : Take an Emirate of your choice a get to know it like it's own people. Hire a Car, Take the Underground Metro system, Take a Guided Bus-tour, every arrangement is possible.

See all The Main Attraction : More people do this on their first visit, take a guided tour and see all the Major attraction the Emirates have to offer. You can't see everything, this way (also depends on the duration of your stay), but you could see the following :

• The Shamedan Nature Reserve (Situated in our highlands - green heart of the country). Even though traffic is limited in the Reserve, it is so big that you may wonder if anybody else is there at all. The Nature Reserve has a few Highlights of it's own :
  • The Shamdagh Zoo (More than 5.000 species of animal are on permanent display)
  • The Secret Caves of Shamedan (Southeastern part of the Reserve) (Although no longer a secret to all of us, This is were most of our history was rediscovered). About 20 KM is open to the public (another 60 Km can be seen on special tours).
  • The Horseshoe and Daleston Waterfalls (Northern past of the reserve).
  • The grand triplet falls (South-eastern part of the Reserve)
• The Bilboa Water Wonderland (Everything you ever wanted to to on, in, under or with Water, you can do here)
• The Ultimate Underground Experience. Some call the Metro, some call them Tubes, others call them Underground's. Fixatia has an unique system of Public Transportation, learn how to use them. Every Major Station has information on the system, and it is even possible to get guides for the first few days. The system is available to Tourist (Just show your Visa) for as little as 10 Florins per day (unlimited travel). Some of these Underground Trains move as fast as 500 Km per Hour.
• The Grand Central International Airport - and even though most tourist arrive to this country here, "You Have Seen Nothing Yet". The Airport is a Grand Example of our Engineering in Fixatia. Visit it an be amased, more than 2 million visitors a year do the same.
• The Royal Palace Estate. Another fine example of Fixatia's Engineering Fame. More than 100 Cultures are Captured in these Unique Structures, one moment you walk in old Isanian surroundings, you turn a corner, and ...... you may be facing the Future .......or wonder into the old glory of days long ago in some forgotten culture. A surprise around every corner. Parts of the Royal Palace are used by the Government, and may not be completely open to the public.

• The Ach-Kanan Lake. (Tranquillity at your leisure).
• The Boolean Forest (Limited Traffic - Tropical Forest as the should be).
• The Wineroute of Isan (Taste Mother Nature's Best quality wines).
• The Southern Desert (Strictly speaking not in our country at all - and therefore only for the more adventurous - Can be dangerous)

Historical Tours : See all the Palace's in Fixatia - 8 Day tour shows only the 8 main Palace's (Only possible as a guided tour, seeing that all palace's are still being used by the present Emirs and their families) (Does not include the "Royal Palace" - The Grand Emir lives in a normal palace, just like the rest of them ). Fixatia has 144 Palaces on the Federal Monument List (Most of these are open to the public on some days).

General Items of Interest to Tourist :

• Car Hire : The United Emirates have excellent highways. Car hire is not encouraged for longer journeys (as the Underground will take you almost everywhere), However in the open country or even inside a City, car hire may be a good option to lots of visitors. Car Hire companies can be found throughout the Federation. Standard 93 Octane Gasoline (or Petrol), is sold at a flat rate of 1 Florin per litre to all Tourist at all Gasoline (Petrol) stations (Just show your Visa). Local people pay 1,25 per litre, but can not pay in cash. (Trading in Gasoline - Petrol, is a Federal Offence - the penalty is usually 2 years jail for such offence, do not get tricked into this.).
• Camper or Caravan Hire : There is a Camping or Resting Area at about 50 Km intervals on all the Federal Highways (You are allowed to stay at these places overnight - power and running cold water, as well as ample sanitation, is available at these CampRestSites, free of charge - You are not encouraged to stay here for more than 1 day). Camping are designed for longer periods of time, and are better equipped, they don't cost much, and most are available throughout the year - advanced booking is not always required.
• Tourist Information Points : TIP's are all over, they give free information to all tourist (Just show your Visa). A small fee is charged for booking services.
• Local Police : Something wrong ?, Lost something ?, Report it at the Local Police Unit (LPU) (If your Countries Local Representatives have to be informed, they know were and how).
• Communication : If your country his hooked up to our InternetRelaySystem, than you can "phone home", from the LCP (Local Communication Point). Local call are free. Charges to other countries are shown on request (9). Emergency is always (191).
• Hospitals and other Medical Facilities : We have some of the finest, but make sure you are insured, they are not cheap.
